How To Wash Your Hand

Healthy Hands Healthy Life

  1. Wet your hands with clean, running water
  2. Apply Soap
  3. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap
  4. Wash between your fingers
  5. Wash under your nails
  6. Scrub your hands and fingers  for at least 20 seconds
  7. Makes sure you wash the top of your hands
  8. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water
  9. Dry Hands
